On Sunday, April 27, 2014, New Hope Church and Old School Church became one church body.
We are truly thankful for God's providential care since we began to meet with New Hope Church.

| 2018 SINGING SCHOOL - June 18 - 22 | |||

Lord willing, there will be a singing school held at Old School Primitive Baptist Church in Kennedale, Texas during the week of June 18 through June 22, 2018. Old School Church prayerfully voted to co-host the singing school regularly hosted by Grace Primitive Baptist Church in Houston, TX, beginning in 1972. It is a week devoted to learning and singing the hymns sung in the formal worship of our Lord. We intend to remain focused singularly on this task, with no extra activities except enjoying fellowship one with another. We invite brothers and sisters of all ages to join us in learning, singing, and fellowship together in our Lord. We encourage families to come together - parents with their children. This endeavor has, by the blessing of the Holy Spirit, been a benefit to the Grace Church through the years, as we trust it has been for all who have attended. We are humbly prayerful that the Lord will bless this endeavor in the North Texas area as He has blessed the efforts in South Texas over the years. We are thankful to have Brother Ron and Sister Carolia Johnson and their family to teach again this year. The buildings and facilities will be used to accommodate those wishing to stay at night. We will have more details available in the near future regarding logistics. |
